Our Cerignola olives are hand-picked early to preserve their green color and firm texture. Untreated, only pickled in water, sea salt and lemon juice, they are a very special taste experience after 9 months of maturing!

Use: as tapas, when cooking or to garnish salads.  After opening, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 14 days
